CHAPTER 2 U.K. Transit of waste for recovery

Article 48 U.K. Transit through the [F2 United Kingdom] of waste destined for recovery

1. Where waste destined for recovery is shipped through [F3 the United Kingdom] from and to a [F4 non-EU] country to which the OECD Decision does not apply, Article 47 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

2. Where waste destined for recovery is shipped through [F5 the United Kingdom] from and to [F6 an EU country or] a country to which the OECD Decision applies, Article 44 shall apply mutatis mutandisF7 ...
