Article 61Repeals

Regulation (EEC) No 259/93 and Decision 94/774/EC are hereby repealed with effect from 12 July 2007.

References made to the repealed Regulation (EEC) No 259/93 shall be construed as being made to this Regulation.

Decision 1999/412/EC is hereby repealed with effect from 1 January 2008.
