This Regulation shall lay down the rules to be applied as regards the applicability of Articles 81 to 86 and certain provisions of Article 88 of the Treaty in relation to production of, or trade in, the products listed in Annex I to the Treaty with the exception of the products referred to in points (a) to (k) and Article 1(1)(m) to (u) and in Article 1(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1234/20074.
