Article 15 U.K. Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 January 2007.

Article 13 shall apply subject to and on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania.
