Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 936/2006 is replaced by the following:
‘2.The invitation to tender covers common wheat for export to third countries, with the exception of Albania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia(1), Montenegro, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.’
