Article 26Management Committee

1.The Commission shall be assisted by the Management Committee for Direct Payments established by Article 144 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, except for the implementation of Article 15 of this Regulation, for which it shall be assisted by the Committee on Agricultural Structures and Rural Development set up by Article 50 of Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999, and for the implementation of Article 17 of this Regulation, for which it shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on Plant Health established by Decision 76/894/EEC(1).

2.Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.

The period laid down in Article 4(3) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall set at be one month.

3.Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.

The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.
