National aviation authorities shall provide the Agency upon request with all necessary information for the purpose of carrying out inspections.

When submitting such a request for information to a national aviation authority of a Member State and/or an undertaking or an association of undertakings the Agency shall state its legal basis and purpose, specify what information is required and fix the time-limit within which the information is to be provided.
