Article 22Confidentiality
The Joint Undertaking shall ensure the protection of sensitive information, the non-authorised disclosure of which could damage the interests of the contracting parties. It shall apply the principles and minimum standards of security defined and implemented by Council Decision 2001/264/EC of 19 March 2001 adopting the Council’s security regulations(1).
