Article 1
Annexes I, III, VII and X to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2
Decision 2003/100/EC is repealed.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point (2)(b) of the Annex to this Regulation shall apply from 1 July 2007.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
