Article 10U.K.Aquaculture animals intended for farming, relaying areas, put and take fisheries and open ornamental facilities

1.Aquaculture animals intended for farming, relaying areas, put and take fisheries and open ornamental facilities shall only be imported into [F1Great Britain] from [F2third countries or territories listed in Annex 3, or zones or compartments of those third countries or territories set out in a list which the Secretary of State may, with the consent of the appropriate authority, publish from time to time].

2.Consignments of the aquaculture animals referred to in paragraph 1 shall:

(a)be accompanied by an animal health certificate completed in accordance with the [F3relevant model];

(b)comply with the animal health requirements set out in the [F4relevant model].
