CHAPTER IV U.K. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

The notifications to the Commission referred to in Article 14(5), Article 29(2), (3) and (4), Article 37, Article 40(6) and Article 47(3) of this Regulation shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009 (1) .]
