Derogations regarding the use of calcium sulphate as referred to in point J(4)(b) of Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 may be granted only for the following Spanish wines:

1. (a)

   ‘Vino generoso’ as defined in point L(8) of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999;

2. (b)

   ‘Vino generoso de licor’ as defined in point L(11) of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999.
