Article 13 U.K.

In the case of supervision of the indication of the type of farming used as referred to in [F1 Article 75(3)(g) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013], bodies designated by the [F2 relevant authority] shall comply with the criteria set out in European Norm No EN/45011 of 26 June 1989, and as such shall be licensed and supervised by the competent [F3 authority].
