The competent authorities of the Member States shall inform the respective national reference laboratory without delay about the results of the checks referred to in Articles 15, 16 and 17, carried out by them or under their responsibility.

F1Before 1 July each year, the national reference laboratories shall forward the results of checks mentioned in paragraph 1 using the form set out in Annex XIIa to this Regulation. The findings shall be presented to the Management Committee for consideration in accordance with Article 195 of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007.

The Member States shall adopt the practical measures for the checks provided for in Articles 15, 16 and 17 at all stages of marketing, including checks on imports from third countries at the time of customs clearance in accordance with Annexes VI and VII. They shall inform the other Member States and the Commission of these measures. Any changes to the measures shall be communicated immediately to the other Member States and to the Commission.
