Aid as referred to in Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 shall be granted to wine producers who use concentrated grape must and rectified concentrated grape must produced in the Community to increase the natural alcoholic strength by volume of the products referred to in Annex V, point A, to Regulation (EC) No 479/2008.

Member States may provide for support to be advanced provided that the beneficiary has lodged a security.

Member States shall adopt detailed rules for applying the measure provided for in this Article.
