The recording of information referred to in F1point V of Part I of Annex VII to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 shall also include an indication of the name and address of the operator responsible for the previous stage of marketing from whom they have been supplied with meat referred to in F2point I of Part I of Annex VII to that Regulation.
