Article 9 U.K. Compliance with requirements

1. Where [F1 the UK national accreditation body] does not meet the requirements of this Regulation or fails to fulfil its obligations hereunder, the [F2 Secretary of State must] take appropriate corrective action or [F3 must ensure] that such corrective action is taken F4 ...
