1. In the case referred to in Article 22(1)(d) the approved economic operator shall notify the [F1 fisheries administration] of its temporary inability to meet the criteria laid down in Articles 9 to 13, specifying the date when the criteria will be met again. The approved economic shall also notify the [F1 fisheries administration] of any planned measures and their timescale.
