The approved economic operator shall inform the issuing authority of all factors arising after the certificate is granted which may influence its continuation.

All relevant information at the disposal of the issuing authority concerning economic operators approved by it shall upon request be made available to the Commission and the competent authorities of the other Member States where the approved economic operators carry out import-related activities.
