CHAPTER IGENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 3Requirements for engagement in the occupation of road transport operator

1

Undertakings engaged in the occupation of road transport operator shall:

a

have an effective and stable establishment in F1the United Kingdom;

b

be of good repute;

c

have appropriate financial standing; and

d

have the requisite professional competence.
