Commission Regulation (EC) No 11/2009 of 7 January 2009 amending Regulation (EC) No 1347/2008 fixing the import duties in the cereals sector applicable from 1 January 2009

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 8 January 2009.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
