For the purposes of this Regulation, the definitions laid down in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, in Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1120/200910 and in Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1122/200911 shall apply.

In particular the definition of short rotation coppice in Article 2(n) of Regulation (EC) No 1120/2009 shall apply mutatis mutandis in relation to SAPS.
