PART IIIFINAL PROVISIONS

Article 86Repeal

Regulation (EC) No 796/2004 is repealed with effect from 1 January 2010.

However, it shall continue to apply in respect of aid applications relating to marketing years or premium periods starting before 1 January 2010.

References to Regulation (EC) No 796/2004 shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex II.

Article 87Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply to aid applications relating to marketing years or premium periods starting as of 1 January 2010.
