PART XIIU.K.Methodology of sampling and analyses for cereals

1.For each lot of cereals, the quality characteristics shall be established on the basis of a representative sample of the lot offered, consisting of samples taken at the rate of once every delivery for at least every 60 tonnes.U.K.

2.The intervention agency shall analyse under its responsibility the characteristics of the samples taken within 20 working days from the date on which the representative sample was taken.U.K.

[F13. The reference methods to be used for determining the quality of cereals offered for, or placed in, intervention are those set out in Parts III, IV, V and VII of this Annex.] U.K.

4.The results of the analyses are communicated to the tenderer or offerer by means of the takeover record referred to in Article 34.U.K.

5.In cases of dispute, the intervention agency shall have the necessary tests on the cereals in question carried out again.U.K.
