CHAPTER ITendering procedure
Article 45Notification of the tenders to the Commission

All admissible tenders shall be notified to the Commission by the intervention agencies, within the time limits set in the Regulation opening the sale.

The notifications shall not contain the data referred to in Article 42(1)(b).

The intervention agencies shall notify nil returns to the Commission within the time limits referred to in paragraph 1.
4
The notifications shall be made in accordance with Article 58.
