TITLE XII THE OFFICE

SECTION 4 Implementation of procedures

Article 130 Competence

For taking decisions in connection with the procedures laid down in this Regulation, the following shall be competent:

(a)

examiners;

(b)

Opposition Divisions;

(c)

an Administration of Trade Marks and Legal Division;

(d)

Cancellation Divisions;

(e)

Boards of Appeal.
