The following entry shall be added under the heading ‘Natural persons’:

‘Ibrahim Abdul Salam Mohamed Boyasseer (alias (a) Abu Al-Banaan, (b) Ibrahim Bouisir, (c) Ibrahim Buisir). Date of birth: 1961. Place of birth: Benghazi, Libya. Nationality: (a) Libyan, (b) Irish. Other information: lives in Ireland. Date of designation referred to in Article 2a(4)(b): 4.2.2009.’
