This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point 1(a) of Annex I shall apply as from one year after the date referred to in the first paragraph.
Point 1(b) of Annex I shall apply as from two years after the date referred to in the first paragraph.
