Article 37Submission of a request of objection

Within two months from the date of publication provided for in the first sub-paragraph of Article 33, any Member State or third country, or any natural or legal person having a legitimate interest may object to the proposed recognition by lodging a request of objection.

The objection shall be communicated in accordance with Article 70a(1). The date of submission of an objection to the Commission shall be the date on which the application is received by the Commission.

The Commission shall confirm receipt of the objection and assign a file number to the objection.

The confirmation of receipt shall include at least the following:

the file number;

b

the date of receipt of the objection.
