CHAPTER V U.K. GENERAL, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 75 U.K. Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 August 2009.
