Article 9 U.K. Repeal

Regulation (EEC) No 2719/92 is repealed with effect from 1 April 2010. However, it shall continue to apply to the movements referred to in Article 46 of Directive 2008/118/EC.

References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
