CHAPTER IV U.K. REPEAL AND FINAL PROVISION

Article 16 U.K. Repeal

Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 is repealed with effect from 1 October 2009.

However, licences issued in accordance with that Regulation shall be valid until their expiry date.
