CHAPTER IVU.K. REPEAL AND FINAL PROVISION
Article 16U.K.Repeal
Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 is repealed with effect from 1 October 2009.
However, licences issued in accordance with that Regulation shall be valid until their expiry date.
Article 17U.K.Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2009.
