Commission Regulation (EC) No 976/2009 of 19 October 2009 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the Network Services

In order to be in conformity with [F2regulation 7(2)(d) of the INSPIRE Regulations 2009 or, as the case may be, regulation 8(2)(d) of the INSPIRE (Scotland) Regulations 2009], the Transformation Service shall provide the operations listed in Table 1 of this Annex.
