Article 31 U.K. [F1 Functions of auction platforms other than the auction platforms appointed pursuant to Article 26(1)]

[F2 1. Any auction platform appointed pursuant to Article 30(1) shall carry out the same functions as the auction platform appointed pursuant to Article 26(1) as provided for in Article 27.

[F1 However, an auction platform appointed pursuant to Article 30(1) shall be exempted from the provisions of Article 27(1)(c) and it shall submit the exit strategy referred to in Article 27(3) to the appointing Member State.] ]
