Consignments of animal by-products and derived products for importation F2from a third country into or transit through F3Great Britain shall be accompanied by health certificates and declarations, in accordance with the models F4made available or published for the time being by the appropriate authority, at the point of entry into F3Great Britain where the veterinary checks take place, as provided for in F5the Official Controls Regulation.

F6By way of derogation from the first paragraph, animal by-products and derived products originating from, and returning to, F7Great Britain following a refusal of entry by a third country, must comply with the specific requirements set out in Chapter VI of Annex XIV.
