Article 1U.K.Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008

In Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008, Annex I is replaced by the text in Annex I to this Regulation.

Article 2U.K.Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 1010/2009

Regulation (EC) No 1010/2009 is amended as follows:

1.

in Article 4, first paragraph, the following point (u) is added:

‘(u)

the fishing vessel has been denied entry or use of port in accordance with the Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing, concluded in the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO);

2.

Annexes IIA and IIB are replaced by the text in Annex II to this Regulation;

3.

in Annex V, Part I, the second indent is replaced by the following:

  • ICCAT Bluefin tuna Catch Documentation Programme as set out in Regulation (EU) No 640/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1);

4.

Annex XIII is deleted.

Article 3U.K.Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
