Article 49U.K.Identification numbers and lists of [F1approved] bodies
1.The [F2Secretary of State] shall assign an identification number to each [F3approved] body.
It shall assign a single such number even where the body is [F3approved] under several [F4relevant enactments].
2.The [F5Secretary of State] shall make publicly available the list of [F6approved bodies], including the identification numbers that have been allocated to them and the activities for which they have been [F7approved.]
The [F8Secretary of State] shall ensure that this list is kept up-to-date.
[F93.The Secretary of State may authorise the UK national accreditation body to compile and maintain the list referred to in paragraph 2.]
