This Chapter lays down rules on conformity checks, which shall mean the checks carried out on fruit and vegetables at all marketing stages, in order to verify that they conform to the marketing standards and other provisions of this Title and of [F1[F2Articles 75 and] [F2Article] 76 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013].
