Article 12 U.K.Information to be transmitted to the Secretariat concerning banned or severely restricted chemicals not qualifying for PIC notification

In the case of chemicals listed only in Part 1 of [F1 the GB PIC list, the Secretary of State] shall provide the Secretariat with information concerning the relevant final regulatory actions, so that the information can be disseminated to other Parties to the Convention as appropriate.
