Commission Regulation (EU) No 936/2012 of 4 October 2012 on amending the Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 1896/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council creating a European order for payment procedure (c. 936)

Article 1 U.K.

The Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 1896/2006 are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 U.K.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States in accordance with the Treaties.
