[F11.] Flight and duty time limitations shall be subject to the following:
(a)[F2for CAT aeroplane operations,] Article 8(4) and Subpart Q of Annex III to Regulation (EEC) No 3922/91;
(b)[F2for helicopter CAT operations,] national requirements.
[F12. Non-commercial operations with complex motor-powered aeroplanes and helicopters shall continue to be conducted in accordance with applicable national flight time limitation legislation until the related implementing rules are adopted and apply.]
