1.The Funds may jointly provide support for operational programmes under the Investment for growth and jobs goal.
[F12. The ERDF and the ESF may finance, in a complementary manner and subject to a limit of 10 % of Union funding for each priority axis of an operational programme, a part of an operation for which the costs are eligible for support from the other Fund on the basis of rules applied to that Fund, provided that such costs are necessary for the satisfactory implementation of the operation and are directly linked to it.]
3.Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to programmes under the European territorial cooperation goal.
