In addition to the general ex ante conditionalities, referred to in part II of Annex XI to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, the ex ante conditionalities referred to in Annex V to this Regulation shall apply to the F2... programming, if relevant and applicable to the specific objectives pursued within the priorities of the programme.
