Where support under this Regulation is granted to forms of co-operation between undertakings, it may be granted only to such forms of co-operation which comply with the competition rules as they apply by virtue of Articles 206 to 210 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No 1308/2013.

Payments in relation to operations for the production of, and trade in, agricultural products, and intended to provide additional financing for rural development for which support is granted at any time during the programming period, shall be included by relevant authorities in the rural development programme F4as provided for in paragraph 1(j) of Article 8 and, where they comply with the criteria under this Regulation, shall be approved by the relevant authority.
