Article 17U.K.Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2014.
Articles 7 to 12 shall apply until the end of the 2016/17 marketing year for sugar on 30 September 2017.
