Article 32U.K.Positive balance on accounts under closure
1.If there is a positive balance of F1... Kyoto units on an account which [F2the national administrator] is to close in accordance with [F3Article 27], [F4the national administrator] [F5must] request the account holder to specify another account to which such F1... Kyoto units shall be transferred. If the account holder has not responded to [F6the national administrator’s] request within 40 working days, [F4the national administrator] [F5must] transfer the F7...
