TITLE I SUBJECT MATTER, SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

Article 2 F1 Supervisory powers

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Regulation, competent authorities shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in F3Directive 2013/36/EU UK law and in this Regulation.

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Regulation, F2the resolution authority shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in F4the United Kingdom legislation that implemented Directive 2014/59/EU, as amended from time to time, and in this Regulation.

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with the requirements concerning own funds and eligible liabilities, competent authorities and F2the resolution authority shall cooperate.
