1 . For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Regulation, competent authorities shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in [F2Directive 2013/36/EU UK law] and in this Regulation.
2 . For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Regulation, [F3the resolution authority] shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in [F4the United Kingdom legislation that implemented Directive 2014/59/EU, as amended from time to time,] and in this Regulation.
