Regulation (EC) No 891/2009 is amended as follows:
(1)
In Article 1, point (b) is deleted;
(2)
In Article 1, point (g) is replaced by the following:
‘(g)Article 26(4) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part(1), as amended by the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union(2).’;
(3)
In point (b) of Article 2, the term ‘Kosovo’ and the related footnote are deleted;
(4)
In Annex I, Part II is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2U.K.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from the 2014/2015 marketing year.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
